Paintings

The world is infinitely full, that looked anywhere, There is a visual panorama everywhere, It is almost impossible not to marvel at the beauty of all things, no matter what they are, no matter how noble or refined we are. It’s all just neutral stuff in the end, and the relationships we see in these things are all that matters.

The most beautiful thing about me is that when I present to you the world as I see it, I do not portray the external reality as it is, but rather I discover an inner reality of things that turn towards spirituality. It leads in form to the divine relationship within, by point, line, plane, shape, colour, shade, tone, texture, etc. These pure elements became the building blocks of a new, boundless language that I use with all my interests.

Take the things you see and get inspired by them. All those things are singing praises to life, by its very nature and existence. This praise is enough for a rebound moment. Joy is not always what we want from doing things, but calmness and inner peace are more needed to feel the value and beauty of things. Pencils, paints, and all tools but enjoy yourself.

I see the world in a different way from vertical and horizontal lines and spots of color and I try to make others see the world as I see it through my paintings
I have painted these paintings in acrylic. It is a kind of vision of the flow of the soul into the body. Adopt, believe, and believe in spirituality. And that there is a divine nectar that you can pick up from all things that have a soul, and it is the divine nectar.

Quote…

Painting is a living being, it breathes, it rejoices and it may grieve, it is a sequence of points, lines, and music, it lives among us, it hears us, we love it and it loves us, the painting is life.

Aseel Azizieh

اللوحة كائن حي، تتنفس، وتفرح وربما تحزن، متواليات من النقاط والخطوط والموسيقى، تعيش بيننا، تسمعنا، نحبها وتحبنا، اللوحة حياة.,

The Epic of  Waiting

This mural painted by Aseel Azizieh in 2020 during the curfew period in Corona pandemic time. It is about 180 x 350 cm . It is for the series `Unknown Destination`. This mural called the Epic of  Waiting..

 Waiting

To the far space

the eyes go to search for the light

look at the waves of question

Remain to stare at the truth that lies within us.

إلى الفضاء البعيد، تذهب العيون بحثا عن الضؤء، تنظر في أمواج السؤال، تبقى شاخصة في الحقيقة التي تقبع في داخلنا

You can see in this painting people trying to hold on to hope while they are homeless and carry nothing with them
None of their city
And there is somebody who carries a large flower that he made to make the future vision for his family more beautiful
And we can see young people hiding in fake tents that their parents made for them out of imagination, to take shelter
There are also spirits that mislead them accompany them on their journey to an unknown destination and spread their wings around them. to make them be in safe and healthy

The artist made the dark color at the bottom of the painting a sign of the distress that befell these people on the ground to indicate that the earth does not accommodate them, and placed the blue and white color on top to indicate the vast space for them in the sky.

Approach

This painting was painted in 2020 during the curfew period during the Corona pandemic. It is 110 cm high and 135 cm long. It was included by Azizieh in The Unknown Destination series. The painting was called Approach

You can see in this painting Two people are in a situation of separation, and that each of them walked a different path forced by war, displacement

Always when we leave our countries, we leave not only a house, land, bed, and our possessions, but we leave loved ones, friends, stories, and feelings.
Displacement is the robbery of a person of everything he owns
The artist points out here that wars do not only kill those who were injured by shrapnel, a bomb, or…
it kills everyone, everyone will lose someone, and these wars affect our feeling

It is the promise that we hope to abide by and fulfill to return to our homeland and to return to our friends, loved ones, property, and even the animals we used to take care of.
Returning to our homeland is a promise and a right that we will not give up

من بعيد يجيء الضوء هامسا، يدق صمت الانتظار، لنصغي إلى ترانيم القدس ، ابنة السماء. ونرتل آيات الجمال

From afar the light comes whispering, and the silence of waiting beats, let us listen to the hymns of Jerusalem, the daughter of heaven.
We sing the verses of beauty.

في رقصة سالومي كان سر الموت، هو الجمال القاتل، يفسد الملح واللون والماء، وبياض القماش يزينه المتخيل الفاسد الذي يوقع بالغواية الكاذبة .

In the dance of Salome, the secret of death was the fatal beauty, corrupting salt, color, and water, and the whiteness of the cloth adorned with the corrupt imaginary who fell into false temptation..
