A UNESCO Art Camp at Ajman University in UAE

In 2022, UNESCO, in collaboration with Ajman University, organized a distinguished ArtCamp that brought together artists from across the region to promote themes of peace, cultural dialogue, and sustainable development.

The event featured a series of artistic and intellectual activities, including workshops, exhibitions, and seminars aimed at fostering creativity while addressing global challenges. As part of the program, Jordanian artist Aseel Azizieh delivered a seminar focusing on sustainable development in Jordan. Azizieh also discussed the challenges and opportunities facing sustainable development in Jordan, underlining the importance of integrating culture and art into development strategies.
