Artist’s Statement for the Piece:

“In The Celestial Ascent, I explore the moment of transcendence. By anchoring the sculpture in a massive, primordial stone and elevating the equine forms to the very peak of a vertical metal grid, I aim to visualize the soul’s journey from gravity to grace. The work is a dialogue between the immovable past and the unstoppable future—a reminder that even from the heaviest foundations, we are capable of taking flight.”
